When something isn’t working
Tell me what happened and what you expected. Your iPhone model, iOS version, and Nine version are helpful, too. Only include photographs or screenshots you are comfortable sharing.
Camera or saving permissions
If Nine cannot use your camera or save images to Photos, open iPhone Settings, find Nine under Apps, and check its Camera and Photos permissions.
Your rolls and photographs
Nine stores rolls on your device. Deleting a roll from Nine does not remove photographs you have already saved to Photos.
